Challenge:
Women’s Executive Leadership Program presented by Cigna. With nearly half of Cigna’s leadership ranks comprised of women, Cigna takes great pride in their
diverse and talented workforce. Cigna’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program is looking for a logo to be created that represents an emerging women executive leader.

Solution:
This logo was created to show the power a woman holds. An executive leader is a powerful position to be in. The logo isn't meant to be sexualized, it's meant to empower women and show how bold and confident a women can be, no matter where you come from. Gender doesn't define a person, it's how they handle a situation. The client wanted something different but still representing their company Cigna, which is the reason for the leaves around the woman's head. This represents not only powerfulness but growth one has when undergoing such a position.
